Organizer guide: How to place, manage, and send ticket holds from the Box Office

You can place tickets on hold directly through the Box Office. This is useful for reserving inventory for later processing, client reservations, or special groups. Holds can be managed, edited, or shared using a unique link.

Putting tickets on hold

To place a ticket on hold:

  • Follow the same steps you would to process a Box Office sale.
  • At checkout, instead of selecting Process Order, click Put on Hold.

Once successful, a confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner of your screen.
