How do I delete my Showpass account?
You can delete your account from your profile page. Note: this will remove access to past purchases and records. We do not recommend deletion unless necessary.
Tickets & transfers
How do I find my tickets?

How long do ticket transfers take?
Ticket transfers usually arrive within 10–15 minutes but can take up to 60 minutes.
How do I accept a transfer?
You’ll receive a link via email. Click it to claim your ticket.
How can I transfer my tickets to a friend?

Do I have to print my tickets?
No. Tickets can be scanned directly from your phone, but printing is also supported.
Can I resell Showpass tickets?
No. Tickets resold outside Showpass cannot be guaranteed as valid and violate our Terms of Service.
How do I know if a third-party ticket is valid?
Only tickets purchased through Showpass can be verified as valid. We do not support or validate third-party sales.
Payments & discounts
What forms of payment does Showpass accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What are the Showpass fees on my receipt?
These include required online processing and credit card authorization fees, plus an administrative service fee.
Can I get a discount code?
Discount codes are provided by the event organizer. Check their social media or contact them directly.
What if my discount code isn’t working?
Contact the event organizer to confirm the code's validity and availability.
How do I use a discount code?
Follow these instructions to apply a discount code during checkout.
Why don’t I need to enter payment info if my discount is 100%?
If your ticket is free after discount, only your name is required at checkout.
Technical or cart issues
What if tickets aren’t showing up in my cart?
Tickets may be held in another buyer’s cart or a browser setting like a cookie blocker may be interfering.
What if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the attendee?
This is up to the event organizer. Contact them to confirm if name matching is required for entry.
What if I put in the wrong billing address?
If your purchase was successful, there’s no need to change anything. The transaction was accepted.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If shipping is required, follow these steps to correct your address, or contact us directly.
Refunds & exchanges
How do I request a refund?
Contact the event organizer directly. They manage and approve refunds for their events.
What if my credit card is cancelled or expired when a refund is issued?
You’ll need to contact your financial institution for assistance in receiving the refund.
Can I exchange my tickets?
