Below are answers to some of the most common questions Organizers have when using Showpass.
Can I register another organization to my account?
Yes, you can register another organization under the same account. Once added, you'll be able to navigate between them
How do I get paid for my event?
Ensure your banking information is added to your Organizer profile. Payouts are typically sent at the end of each event. If you're working under a service agreement, you may also qualify for scheduled payment advances. For more detailed payout information, check out this payout support article.
Where can I find the answers to my custom questions?
The answers to any custom questions set up during ticket checkout are included in your event's Will Call CSV. You can download this from your event dashboard under the "Reports" tab.
How do I categorize my event?
You’ll be prompted to categorize your event during the event creation process. This helps improve discoverability and ensure your event appears in the right sections on the Showpass platform.
Can I create events through the app?
No, new event creation is not currently supported via the Showpass app. Please use the desktop version for event setup. You can still use the app for scanning and managing tickets:
What is a chargeback?
A chargeback is a reversal of a credit card transaction initiated by a bank. This usually occurs when a Ticket Buyer does not recognize a charge, did not authorize it, or claims they did not receive the service or goods purchased.
Can I duplicate or clone an event?
Yes, Showpass allows you to duplicate an existing event to save time. Follow these instructions to clone an event.
Can ticket buyers reach out to me directly through Showpass?
If you have the “Contact the Organizer” option enabled in your settings, Ticket Buyers will be able to reach out to you directly through the Showpass website.

Why can’t I see my event under my account?
Make sure you're viewing the correct organization if you manage multiple. Switch between them in your account settings.
How do I update my banking information?
Go to your Organizer profile and update your banking details under the "Payment" section. Be sure to save changes.
What if I need to disable buyer contact?
You can disable the “Contact the Organizer” feature under your event settings to prevent direct inquiries.
