New case study: Sumo Fest 2026

A "wouldn't it be cool if" conversation between Showpass and the Calgary Japanese Community Association turned into Canada's first sumo festival, with 10,000 attendees and three sold-out shows. We partnered with CJCA to co-produce the event, providing capital, infrastructure, marketing strategy, and experience design.
