Organizer integration guide: Syncing ticket buyer emails to Mailchimp

Did you know that Showpass has a built-in integration with Mailchimp? This lets you sync basic ticket buyer data directly to a Mailchimp list for external email marketing.

Please note: All emails must be sent through Mailchimp. Emails are not sent through the Showpass system when using this integration.

How to connect Mailchimp to your Showpass account

  • Navigate to your dashboard pop-out menu and select Integrations.

  • Find the Mailchimp integration and click Manage.

  • A login screen will appear. Log into your Mailchimp account to complete the sync.

What data is synced?

Showpass automatically sends the following fields to a single Mailchimp list:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Important: Custom fields are not supported by this integration. If your Mailchimp list has required custom fields, the sync will fail. Please ensure custom fields are optional or disabled.

Need more data?

If you need more detailed ticket buyer information, you can export a full CSV file:

  • Go to your Network Management page in Showpass.
  • Select Export CSV.
  • Upload the exported data manually into your Mailchimp account.
