Organizer guide: How to check in guestlist entries from the dashboard

This guide explains how to check in guests from a submitted guestlist using the Showpass web dashboard. This tool is useful for quickly tracking attendees who were pre-approved by name or through a guestlist submission process.

Accessing the guestlist

  • Navigate to your dashboard pop-out menu and select Guestlists.

  • All guestlists for your events will appear grouped by date. Each guestlist entry will display:
    • Name of the person who submitted it
    • Number of people included
    • Time the guestlist entry expires
    • Any additional details submitted

  • You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a guestlist by name.

Checking in guests

  • To begin check-in for a guestlist entry, click the green plus (+) icon under the Open column.

  • A counter interface will appear. Use the + and - buttons to track the number of guests checked in

  • Note: The blue and pink buttons function the same and simply increment or decrement the check-in count.
  • As guests are checked in, the remaining total for that guestlist entry will automatically update.
