Event upselling shows buyers other eligible events from your organization during checkout, so they can add tickets to the same order.
Where to find event upselling
Open Organization and choose Organization settings, then Enabled modules. Event upselling is under Organizer options.
Settings
Enable event upselling turns it on for checkout.
Include assigned seating events adds assigned seating events to the list. Buyers who choose one go from checkout to the seating map.
Show specific events lets you pick which events appear. Leave it blank and checkout chooses eligible upcoming events for you.
Good to know
- Event upselling is one setting for the whole organization. Every checkout shows the same list, so you can’t offer one event only in another event’s checkout.
- Custom packages and password-protected events can’t be upsold.
