Organizer guide: How to download your assigned seating map
As an Organizer, you can easily download the assigned seating map for any of your events. This is useful for internal planning, event-day logistics, or sharing with staff or venues.
How to download your map
- Open your dashboard and select Sell Tix from the pop-out menu.
- Under Events & Products, locate the event you want to download the map for.
- Click on Download Map.
Your seating map will be downloaded as an image file to your device.
Important notes
- Depending on the size of your map, the download may take a few minutes to complete.
- If you don't see the Download Map option, make sure the event uses an assigned seating layout and that it's properly linked.
