Low Inventory Display

Ticket buyers will now be able to see if an event is running out of ticket inventory based on what you as an organizer choose to enable the thresholds at!

 

Venue Level

If you would like to set the low inventory venue wide, you will need to navigate to your dashboard pop out menu and select 'Organization Info.'

You will then need to select 'Low Inventory Display' from the left hand side menu.

Click on the checkbox beside 'Enable Inventory Threshold Display.'

Once selected, you will need to fill out the following:

  • Threshold One: This will be the lower of the two thresholds and the one that will appear first
  • Threshold Two: This will be the higher of the two thresholds
  • Show Remaining Inventory: This is optional and if filled out, will override threshold two when the quantity has been reached

Once you have filled in the necessary information, select 'Save Changes':

Any events you create will now use these thresholds unless you disable them at the event or ticket type level. 

Once your events are on sale and start reaching the thresholds set, they will appear to ticket buyers like so.

Event Level

You are only able to either disable the inventory threshold at the event level, or change the remaining inventory portion. To do this, you will need to make sure that you are using the Advanced Settings when setting up your event and will need to select 'Ticket Types' from the left hand side menu.

Scroll down under the ticket types and you will see a dropdown menu under 'Enable Event Inventory Threshold Displays.'

If you select 'Enable Threshold Displays,' the percent amounts that you chose at the venue level will apply, but you will have the option to change the 'Show Remaining Tickets' prompt.

If you choose to 'Disable Threshold Displays,' this setting will override the venue settings and no thresholds will appear on this event.

 

Ticket Type Level

You are only able to either disable the inventory threshold at the ticket type level, or change the Remaining Inventory portion like with the event level settings. To do this, make sure you have the Advanced Settings selected during the event creation and choose 'Ticket Types' from the left hand side menu.

On the ticket type that you would like to adjust, click on the gear icon.

The settings page will open up, and under 'General,' scroll until you see 'Enable Ticket Type Inventory Threshold Displays.'
