Donation guidelines

  • Minimum donation: Kids Up Front requires a minimum of 2 tickets per donation. Single ticket donations are not accepted.
  • Timing:
    • For weekend events, tickets must be received by Friday afternoon.
    • For weekday events, tickets must be received by 2:00 pm local time on the day of the event.
This ensures Kids Up Front has time to find and notify a suitable recipient.

Tax receipt eligibility

If your ticket donation is personal or corporate, you may be eligible for a charitable tax receipt. To qualify, provide an invoice that shows the base ticket value (excluding taxes and convenience fees).

For receipt or donation tracking inquiries, please contact your regional Kids Up Front office directly.
