Organizer guide: Setting ticket transfer limits
Ticket buyers can transfer tickets and products to someone else from their Showpass account. As an organizer, you decide how many times a ticket or product can be transferred.
Set your organization's transfer limit
- Navigate to your dashboard pop-out menu and select Organization Info.
- Select the Ticketing tab.
- Under Ticket transfers, enter a whole number of 1 or more in Ticket transfer limit.
- Click Save.
How the limit applies to events
Your events use your organization's transfer limit by default. If a specific event needs a different limit, contact the Showpass team and we can set an override for that event.
