Your Transactions page is changing on August 17

What’s changing, where key actions have moved, and how to prepare before your next event.

On August 17, the current Transactions page will retire as every Showpass account moves to a faster, more powerful experience. You’ll find it in the same place as today—and under Box Office, too.

The updated page is designed around the time-critical work you do during live events. It brings more transaction-management tools together so your team can move quickly and confidently when it matters most.

Most of what you’ll notice is a new layout. The workflows you rely on—exchanges, name changes, receipts, voids, refunds, and more—still work as they do today; the controls have simply moved. Built on the same technology as the new Box Office, the updated Transactions page creates a more consistent Dashboard experience while adding tools organizers have asked for.

Take a few minutes with this guide now so your team can feel right at home before your next event. It covers the essentials—mainly where the workflows you already use have moved—so you can keep working without missing a beat.

The updated page also introduces brand-new features that aren’t covered here. We’ll share a complete page tour later this month to show you everything that’s new.

Get ready before your next event

Here’s where your familiar tools have moved—and a few powerful additions to look for.

Find guests faster with new filters
Previously, filters appeared on the left-hand side of the screen.

Now, select the filter icon on the right-hand side of the Transactions page. Along with your familiar filters, you can filter by ticket type, membership level, and product attribute. Even better, you can search by barcode, scan code, or RFID to pull up a guest’s order more quickly.

View transaction details more clearly
Previously, you opened transaction and per-ticket details by selecting More Details, followed by the + icon.

Now, select the centrally located More details button to view the full transaction, then use the drop-down icon beside each ticket group to see ticket-level details.

Voiding and modifying the names on tickets
Previously, you used the transaction’s gear icon on the left-hand side of the screen to void tickets or modify ticket names.

Now, open the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the transaction to access Void and Modify name.

Choose where refunds go
You’ll still find refunds in the actions menu for a selected invoice, but one option has a new name.

Full Refund is now called Base Refund, with the same behaviour you’re used to. You can also refund to Organizer credit instead of the original payment method when the transaction is linked to a registered Showpass account.

Reprinting tickets
Previously, you could reprint tickets from an invoice’s action menu in Box Office, but not from the Transactions page.

Now, you can reprint tickets from both Box Office and the Transactions page. Expand the invoice, select the tickets you need, and click Print.

The updated Transactions page is ready to explore now from the banner on your current Transactions page. Set aside 15 minutes to try the new layout before your next event. If you need to return to the current page for now, open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Revert to old transactions page. On August 17, all users will move permanently to the updated version.
