Organizer guide: Branded event pages
π Coming Soon β See below to join the beta program for early access.
Branded Event Pages give your attendees a fully white-labelled buying experience. Instead of defaulting to Showpass styling, your event pages, membership pages, checkout, hold links, tracking links, and packages all display your logo, colours, and chosen theme β from the first page view through to ticket confirmation.
Branding is applied automatically from your Branding Suite across all surfaces. On event detail pages specifically, you also have additional customization options like layout presets and per-event overrides.
What gets branded
| Surface | Branded |
|---|---|
| Event detail pages | β Yes β full customization including layout presets |
| Membership pages | β Yes β venue-level branding |
| Packages, hold links, tracking links | β Yes β venue-level branding |
| Checkout | β Yes β visual theme applied |
Branding options
Logo β Appears in the navbar on all branded pages. JPG or PNG, recommended 600px Γ 200px, max 3MB.
Primary colour β Used for main buttons and key actions like "Buy Tickets."
Secondary colour β Used for supporting visual elements.
Colour mode β Light or Dark. This locks the theme for all buyers on your pages. It does not follow the buyer's device settings.
Layout preset β Choose how your event detail page header is structured:
- Classic β Card-style layout with content on the left and purchase actions on the right.
- Hero β Full-width banner with prominent event imagery and a more immersive header experience.
How to set up Branded Event Pages
Before starting, ensure your venue has been enabled for the Branded Event Pages beta. Contact support if you haven't been set up yet.
- Navigate to Branding β Go to
/manage/branding/or click Branding in your organizer dashboard sidebar. - Upload your logo β Under Logo & Images, click Edit. JPG or PNG, recommended 600px Γ 200px, max 3MB.
- Set your colours β Enter your primary and secondary colour hex codes under Colours & Theme.
- Choose your colour mode β Select Light or Dark. This applies to all buyers across your venue's pages.
- Pick a layout preset β Choose Classic or Hero under Colours & Theme.
- Save β Branding is now applied to all your event pages, checkout, membership pages, and links.
- Verify β Open one of your event pages in an incognito window to confirm branding is rendering correctly.
Overriding branding for a specific event
You can override any branding field at the event level while inheriting everything else from your venue settings.
- Go to the event's Edit page in your dashboard.
- Scroll to Manage and click Branding.
- Change only the fields that need to differ. Leave everything else blank to inherit from your venue.
- Save and preview.
How branding resolves (field by field):
Event-level override β Venue (Branding Suite) β Showpass system default
For example: if you set a logo at the event level but don't change the primary colour, the logo comes from the event and the primary colour comes from your venue settings.
Tips
- Logo β Use a horizontal logo, not a square. Make sure it works on dark backgrounds if you're using Dark colour mode.
- Colours β Avoid very light primary colours (pale yellows, light grays) β button text contrast may suffer. When in doubt, use your main brand colour.
- Colour mode β Dark mode works great for entertainment, nightlife, and music events. Light mode tends to suit conferences and family-friendly events.
- Hero layout β Works best when you have strong, high-resolution event imagery. If your event only has a basic flyer or low-res image, Classic is the safer choice.
- Preview β Always check in an incognito window after saving. Also check on mobile β logos and colour modes can look different at smaller screen sizes.
- Multiple sub-brands β Set your venue branding to your parent brand and use event-level overrides for events that need a different look.
Known limitations
- Font customization does not apply to branded event pages. Fonts are email-only in the current version.
- Some visual inconsistencies may appear in Facebook and Instagram in-app browsers for certain UI elements. This is a known edge case being monitored.
