Ticket buyer guide: Accessing and renewing your membership
Once you’ve purchased a membership or season pass, you can access your details, benefits, and renewal options directly from your Showpass account.
Where to find your membership
To view your membership, do one of the following:
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Memberships from the dropdown menu, or
- Select Memberships from the left-hand menu within your Showpass profile.
What’s in your membership dashboard
From your memberships dashboard, you can:
- Download your membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- View your unique QR code for event entry
- Access your Universal QR code (compatible with multiple events in the same membership)
Your membership details page will also show:
- Name associated with the membership
- Membership level (e.g., Adult, Youth, VIP)
- Member ID
- Membership expiry date
- Renewal frequency (e.g., seasonal, annual)
- Your membership benefits and which have been used
Clicking Membership benefits lets you see which benefits you’ve used and which are still available.
How to renew your membership
When a new season opens, you’ll receive an email with a renewal link. You can also renew directly from your Showpass dashboard at any time during the renewal window.
Your renewal options:
- ✅ Keep your current level and seats — renew as-is for the new season.
- 🔄 Upgrade or downgrade your membership tier (if other levels are available).
- ❌ Decline renewal — your seat will be released and your benefits will end at the close of the current season.
Steps to renew
- Log in to Showpass and go to Memberships, or use the direct link in your renewal email.
- Select the pass you want to renew and click Renew membership.
- Choose your renewal preference — keep your current seats and level, or click Edit selection to make changes.
If you want to make changes:
- Select or deselect members and click Continue.
- Choose new seats (if applicable) and assign members to seats.
- Review your order and complete checkout.
FAQs
What happens if I miss the renewal deadline?
Your seat will be released and made available to the public. You can still purchase a new membership after the deadline, but you may not be able to keep your same seat.
Can I exchange a ticket for a game I can’t attend?
Yes. If your season pass includes the issue tickets benefit, you can exchange individual game tickets for another game in the same season. See Ticket buyer guide: Single game exchanges for details.
Can I transfer my season pass to someone else?
Individual game tickets can be transferred to a friend through your Showpass account. The membership pass itself is not transferable.
