Ticket buyer guide: Purchasing a membership
Memberships and season passes can be purchased directly on Showpass. This guide walks you through finding and buying a membership.
Before you buy
A few things to know before purchasing a membership:
- A Showpass account is required. Guest checkout is not available for memberships — you’ll need to sign in or create a free account to complete your purchase.
- Memberships are purchased on Showpass.com — they are not available through third-party ticket sites or embedded widgets.
How to purchase a membership
- Go to the membership page shared by the organizer (usually a direct link or via their Showpass organizer page).
- Browse the available membership levels and select the one you’d like to purchase.
- Review the membership details, including benefits, dates, and pricing.
- Select your quantity and click Buy tickets (or Get membership).
- If prompted, log in to your Showpass account or create one.
- For season passes with assigned seating, select your seat(s) from the seating map.
- Complete checkout to finalize your purchase.
Once purchased, your membership will appear in the Memberships section of your Showpass account, along with your QR code for event entry.
After your purchase
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Once the organizer issues your game tickets, they’ll be available in your Showpass account under My orders.
