Organizer guide: How to build and edit your venue layout
Use the venue layout builder to create a visual seating map for your events. This tool allows you to define sections, add tables or rows, and customize seating configurations to match your venue. This guide walks you through getting started and understanding all editable elements.
Getting started with layout creation
- Go to your main dashboard menu and click Venue Layout.
- Select New Layout.
- Enter your Layout Name.
Uploading a venue map image
If you’d like to upload a background image of your venue before building your layout click the image button on the left hand side of the screen.
Upload an image no larger than 5MB.
Adding map sections
- Select +Section to start building. Note: You must create at least one section before you can add rows or tables.
Once a section is created, click into it to begin placing your tables or rows.
Adjusting seat settings
