FAQs

Will ticket buyers be automatically notified?
Only if you use the Email Guests feature to communicate the change. Postponing via event settings alone does not send a notification.

Will my tickets still be valid after postponing?
Yes. Existing tickets will remain valid unless you take additional steps to cancel or refund them.

Can I offer refunds instead?
If the event is no longer happening or ticket buyers prefer not to wait for the new date, consider offering refunds. See our refund guide for full instructions.
