Organizer guide: How to email ticket buyers with event updates
Please note: The Email Guests feature is strictly for sending non-marketing, event-related updates. Do not use this feature for promotions or advertising. Misuse may result in restricted access.
This feature allows you to send an informational email to all ticket buyers of a selected event. Use it to communicate schedule changes, venue updates, or critical instructions.
How to email your ticket buyers
- In your dashboard pop-out menu, locate the event you need to communicate about.
- Select Manage beside the event name.
- From the event overview page, click Email Guests.
Set up your message
- All ticket types will be pre-selected by default. Uncheck any types you do not want to contact.
- Enter a Subject line for your email.
- Write your message in the Email Body field. Keep it clear and factual.
- Optionally, update the Event Status from the dropdown menu if applicable (e.g., rescheduled, postponed).
Once your content is finalized, click Send Email. Your message will be sent to all selected ticket buyers.
Important notes
- This feature is not for promotional use. Only operational updates are permitted.
- Each email sent will incur a $0.01 fee, which will be deducted from your next payout.
FAQs
Can I preview the email before sending?
No preview function is currently available, so be sure to double-check your message before hitting Send.
Will buyers reply to the email?
Emails are sent from a no-reply address. If buyers reply, they will be redirected to standard support channels or your public contact method if available.
Is there a limit to how many times I can use this feature?
There is no hard limit, but repeated misuse for non-compliant messaging may result in the feature being disabled for your account.
