Organizer guide: How to resend a confirmation email

If a Ticket Buyer has misplaced their tickets or confirmation email, you can quickly resend the confirmation directly from your dashboard.

Steps to resend a confirmation email

  • Open your dashboard and navigate to the Transactions page—either at the event level or from the main menu.
  • Use the search filters to locate the transaction using the Ticket Buyer’s name or email address.
  • Click the gear icon next to the matching transaction.
  • Select Re-send confirmation.

  • In the pop-up window, verify that the Ticket Buyer’s email is correct.

  • Click Re-send to deliver a new copy of the confirmation email.

The Ticket Buyer will receive their tickets or product confirmation in their inbox shortly after.

Troubleshooting or FAQs

What if the email address is wrong?
If the email is incorrect, update the Ticket Buyer’s contact info in the transaction or resend it manually to the correct address by editing the user info.

Can I resend confirmations for both tickets and products?
Yes, the 'Re-send confirmation' function applies to all transaction types, including both tickets and products.

The Ticket Buyer says they haven’t received the resent email—what now?
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If not found, confirm the email address again or try sending to an alternate email if available.
