Organizer guide: How to download Will Call reports
The Will Call report can be used to manually check in Ticket Buyers, view their ticket data, and review answers to any custom questions you included at checkout. You can download it for a single event or multiple events directly from your dashboard.
Note: You must use Chrome or Firefox to generate and download the Will Call CSV.
Downloading Will Call for a single event
- Navigate to your dashboard pop-out menu and select Manage Events.
- Find the event you want to view and click Check In.
- A pop-up will appear pre-filled with the event and associated ticket types. You can also include any relevant products. Click Continue.
- In the top right corner, select Download Will Call.
- The report will download as a CSV file which you can open and review.
Downloading Will Call for multiple events
- Go to your dashboard pop-out menu and select Check-In.
- Use the available filters to:
- Search Events: Select recurring parent and/or standard events.
- Select Ticket Types: Choose from any ticket types tied to selected events.
- Select Products: Include any products you've added for those events.
- Once your selections are made, click Continue.
- Click Download Will Call in the top right corner.
- The report will be downloaded and ready to open and view.
Troubleshooting or FAQs
Why isn’t the download button appearing?
Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome or Firefox). Other browsers may not support the CSV generation.
Why is some data missing in my report?
Double-check that you've selected the correct ticket types and products before continuing to download.
Can I download Will Call in advance?
Yes, you can generate and download the report at any time leading up to the event.
