Ticket buyer guide: How to access your Universal QR Code

Your Universal QR Code stores all tickets and products under a single, scannable barcode linked to your Showpass account. This includes memberships, event tickets, and products. You can access it via the Showpass app or website, making check-in fast and convenient.

Accessing your QR code in the Showpass app

  • Download the Showpass app:
  • Log into your Showpass account.
  • Tap My Orders from the bottom menu.
  • Your Universal QR Code will be displayed at the top of the screen.

  • Present this code at the event for scanning—no need to search for individual tickets.

Accessing your QR code on the Showpass website

  • Log into your account at showpass.com.
  • Click your name in the top-right corner and select Orders.
  • Ensure My Showpass is selected in the left-hand menu.

  • Your Universal QR Code will be displayed on this page.

  • You can use this barcode from your mobile device or choose to print it out at home.

Note: While printing is an option, we recommend using the digital version of your Universal QR Code for the most up-to-date access to tickets and products linked to your account.

Troubleshooting or FAQs

What if my QR Code won’t scan at the event?
Ensure your screen brightness is turned up if scanning from a phone. If printed, make sure the code is not folded or distorted. Event staff can also look up your order by name or email.

Why don’t I see a QR Code in my account?
Make sure you're logged into the correct Showpass account. If your tickets were purchased using guest checkout, follow these steps to connect your order.

Can I use the same QR Code for multiple events?
Yes. The Universal QR Code includes all your valid tickets and products, and the system will automatically scan the correct one at check-in.
