Organizer guide: Updating your organization profile in Showpass
Keeping your organization profile up-to-date ensures that your business information, branding, and financial details are accurate and professional. This guide walks you through each section of the profile settings in your Showpass dashboard.
Accessing your organization profile
- Log in to your Showpass dashboard.
- Click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- Select Organization Info from the pop-out menu.
Basic info
- Organization name and address: Ensure these details are correct. They are typically auto-filled during sign-up but can be edited here.
- Support email: Add or update the email address where ticket buyers can reach you.
- Discounts and abandoned cart emails: Configure settings to offer discounts or send reminders to potential ticket buyers.
Branding
- Images: Upload or change your organization's logo and other branding images. For more advanced branding options including colours, fonts, and email sender identity, see the Branding Suite guide.
- Social media links: Add links to your organization's social media profiles.

Descriptions and messages:
- Organization description: Provide a brief overview of your organization.
- Subscription message: Customize the message shown when users subscribe to your updates.
- Checkout message: Add a message that appears during the checkout process.
Business schedule
Set your organization's operating hours. These will be visible on your public profile, helping ticket buyers know when you're available.
Enabled modules
Choose which features to enable for your organization, such as exchanges, to enhance your event management capabilities.
Financial settings
- Fees and taxes: Define any additional charges and decide whether fees are absorbed or added on top of ticket prices.
- Refund policy: Clearly state your organization's refund policy.
- Statement descriptor: If using Stripe, customize the descriptor that appears on purchasers' credit card statements to reduce chargebacks.
Post-event emails
- Enable and customize post-event emails sent to ticket buyers after your event ends. Post-event emails are free and available to all organizers.
- Promote upcoming events and encourage ticket buyer reviews and ratings within these emails.
