Tracking links are powerful tools that help you monitor sales performance, streamline the checkout experience, and reveal specific ticket types for targeted promotions. Types of tracking links
Employee tracking links
Employee-specific links that track sales for each employee in your organization. These are typically used for promoters, box office staff, or any team member selling tickets individually.
Custom tracking links
Event-specific links that can reveal ticket types marked as “Visible to sellers only.” These are ideal for tracking specific campaigns, promotional partners, or sales channels.
Note: Custom tracking links will not work if no hidden tickets are configured.
Affiliate tracking links
These links redirect users to a custom URL while tracking ticket or product purchases. Use affiliate links to measure external partner performance across events or campaigns.
Checkout links
Designed to simplify the checkout process, these links pre-load a ticket buyer's cart and take them directly to checkout. Great for targeted calls-to-action or promotions with limited quantities.
