Ticket buyer guide: How to update your Showpass profile and account settings
You can update your personal information, password, payment details, and notification preferences through your Showpass profile. Follow the steps below to make changes to your account.
How to access your profile
- Log into your Showpass account.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- You will land on the Personal Info page by default.
Update personal information
- On the Personal Info page, you can update your first name, last name, and phone number.
- After making changes, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Update email address
- From the left-hand side menu, select Email.
- Enter your new email address and confirm with your current account password for security.
- Click Save to confirm the change.
Change your password
- From the menu, select Password.
- Input your current password and your new desired password.
- Click Save to apply the update.
Manage payment methods
- Select Payment from the menu.
- You can add a new payment method, or delete an existing one by clicking the three-dot menu next to the saved card and selecting Delete.
Manage notification preferences
- Click Notifications from the side menu.
- Choose which types of email or SMS alerts you wish to receive.
- Click Save at the bottom to confirm your preferences.

I can’t update my email—it says it's already in use.
Each Showpass account must have a unique email address. You’ll need to use a different one or recover the account associated with that email.
I forgot my password—can I still update my profile?
No. You must reset your password first. Follow these instructions to reset it.
Are updates immediate?
Yes. All saved updates take effect right away and apply across your account.
