Ticket buyer guide: How to access and download your tickets
Once you've purchased tickets to an event, you can access them through your Showpass account or via the confirmation email sent to you. Here's how to retrieve and manage your tickets.
Accessing tickets through the Showpass website
If you used or created a Showpass account at checkout:
- Go to the Showpass login page and sign in.
- Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner and select Orders.
- Locate the order for your event and click View Order.
- You’ll see QR codes for each ticket and can:
- Click Download Tickets to save a PDF copy.
- Download your receipt, transfer tickets, contact the organizer, or resend the confirmation email.
- Click Download Tickets to save a PDF copy.

Accessing tickets via email
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Showpass with a subject like “Order Confirmation”.
- Open the email and download the attached PDF ticket file.
- You can show your ticket directly from your phone—no need to print!
Tip: Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.
Troubleshooting downloads
- Browser settings: Ensure downloads are enabled in your browser settings.
- Pop-up blockers: Disable any blockers that might prevent the download prompt.
- Internet connection: Verify that you have a stable connection.
- Storage space: Make sure your device has enough space to save the file.
- File type restrictions: Some systems block PDF downloads. Try a different browser or device.
How to print your tickets
- Open the ticket PDF using your computer or a PDF reader app.
- Click the print icon or go to File > Print.
- Select your printer and adjust settings (use A4 or Letter size).
- Preview the layout and click Print.
- We recommend keeping a digital copy as a backup.

I can't find my tickets?
Log in to your Showpass account and go to Orders in the dropdown menu. Or, search your email inbox for “Order Confirmation” from Showpass and open the attached PDF.
Can I access my tickets if I checked out as a guest?
Yes. Use the “Connect Purchase” link in your confirmation email to link your order to a Showpass account.
What if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing, submit a support request.
Can I transfer my tickets after downloading them?
Yes, if transfers are enabled by the organizer. Use the Order Options menu in your order to begin the transfer process.
