Accessing your Tickets

Made your ticket purchase for an event? Here's how you can access those tickets!

Accessing Tickets through the Showpass Site

If you have a Showpass account, or registered an account at checkout follow these steps to access your tickets!

  • Go to the Showpass login page and log in to your account if you haven't already.
  • From the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner, select 'Orders'.

Viewing Your Ticket Purchases

All of your current ticket purchases will be displayed. From here, you can:

  1. Click on 'View Order' next to the ticket purchase you want to access.

  2. On the next screen, you will see the QR codes for each ticket in your order.
  3. There are two buttons you can select in order to 'Download Tickets' to save the PDF attachment.

From this page, you can also download your receipt, contact the organizer, transfer your tickets to a friend, or resend the confirmation email to yourself.

If you do not see your purchase in your Showpass account, you may have used Guest Checkout which means you will need to Connect Your Purchase to your account before they will appear.

Accessing Tickets via Email

If you purchased tickets using your Showpass Account OR through Guest Checkout, they’ll be sent to your email as a PDF attachment. To access your tickets:

  1. Open your email app or log in to your email account through your browser.
  2. Search for an email from Showpass with the subject line containing “Order Confirmation.”
  3. Open the email and scroll down to locate the PDF attachment.
  4. Download and open the attachment to view your tickets.

Note: You don't need to print your tickets – they can be scanned directly from your phone!

Troubleshooting Downloads

If you're having trouble downloading the PDF to your device, please consider the following tips to help resolve the issue:

  • Browser Settings: Your browser settings may be blocking downloads or may require confirmation before allowing them.
  • Pop-up Blockers: If you have an active pop-up blocker, it might prevent the download prompt from appearing.
  • Internet Connection: A slow or unstable internet connection can interrupt the download process.
  • Insufficient Storage: Make sure you have enough storage space on your device to save the downloaded file.
  • File Type Restrictions: Some devices may restrict downloading certain file types, including PDFs.
