You are able to access your tickets by going to the Showpass site, logging in, and selecting 'Orders' from the dropdown menu.
Ensure 'My Orders' is selected on left hand side menu.
All of your current ticket purchases will appear where you will then be able to download your receipt, download your tickets, contact the organizer, activate barcodes, transfer your tickets, and resend your confirmation email.
You do not need to print your tickets to an event since they can be scanned directly from your phone!
If you do not see your purchase in your Showpass account, you may have used our Guest Checkout which means you will need to Connect Your Purchase to your account before they will appear.
