All refund policies are set by the Event Organizer and may vary from event to event. Showpass does not determine or manage refund approvals.
Where to find the refund policy
You can find the refund policy in two places:
- On the event page, typically listed under event details or terms and conditions.
- In your confirmation email after purchasing your ticket.
How to request a refund
If you would like to request a refund, you must reach out directly to the Event Organizer. Here’s how:
- Go to the event page on Showpass.
- Scroll to the bottom and look for the "Contact the organizer" button or link.
- Fill out the form with your request and relevant details.
Refund requests submitted to the Organizer will be reviewed and responded to in accordance with their policy.

How do I get a refund?
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Important: Refunds are fully managed and approved by the Event Organizer. Showpass cannot issue refunds without their authorization.
Can Showpass issue a refund if the organizer doesn't respond?
In most cases, refunds must be approved by the Event Organizer. If we’re unable to reach them after multiple attempts, we may review your situation, but resolutions are limited.
What if I made a mistake during purchase?
Please reach out to the Event Organizer as soon as possible. Many policies do not allow refunds for user error, but it's always best to ask directly.
