The Advanced Analytics Dashboard helps you unlock deep insights into your event performance, right from your Showpass Daily Dashboard. Whether you're in music, sports, seasonal attractions, or festivals, this add-on equips you with the metrics that matter most.

How to activate Advanced Analytics
Step 1: Open the Add-On Menu
From your Daily Dashboard, click the View options button to open the add-on selection menu.
Step 2: Choose your dashboard type

Industry Dashboard:
- Click Add next to the Industry Dashboard option.

Custom Dashboard:
- Click Add next to the Custom Dashboard option.
- Our team will follow up within approximately 2 business days to confirm your reporting requirements.
Once activated, your Advanced Analytics Dashboard will be available directly from your Daily Dashboard for ongoing performance tracking and reporting.

- Select your industry and preview the dashboard

If eligible, start a Free Trial. If not, proceed with regular activation
A confirmation modal will appear to finalize the addition

For Custom Dashboard:
- Click “Add” next to the Custom Dashboard option

- Complete the request form describing your data needs
- Click “Add to Plan” to submit your request

- You'll receive a confirmation once your request is being processed
What is tracked?
The add-on cost is based on the number of items tracked, including:
- Tickets (paid and free)
- Memberships and membership-based tickets (e.g. season passes)
- Products
- Complimentary tickets
