Organizer guide: Connecting your Stripe account to Showpass
Important: This guide is for Contract Event Organizers only. If you are unsure of your account type, please contact our support team before proceeding.
To receive payouts for your events through Stripe, you will need to connect your Stripe account to your Showpass account by following the steps below.
Step 1: Access integrations settings
- From your dashboard pop-out menu, select Integrations.
Step 2: Connect to Stripe
- Locate the Stripe integration and click Connect Stripe Account.
- You will be redirected to Stripe to complete the authorization.
Step 3: Authorize Stripe connection
- Click Continue on the Stripe authorization page.
- Select the Stripe account you want to link with Showpass.
- Click Install App.
Step 4: Confirmation
- After installation, you will be redirected back to the Integrations page in Showpass.
- A confirmation message will appear confirming that your Stripe account has been successfully connected.
You're now ready to receive payments through Stripe for your Showpass events!
