Organizer guide: How to manage transactions in the Box Office

The Box Office provides tools to access past transactions, check in ticket buyers, reprint receipts, and resend tickets—all from a central dashboard. This guide walks you through each step to help streamline customer service at your event.

In this guide, you will learn how to:

  • Access and search for transactions
  • Check in ticket buyers manually
  • Email tickets to attendees
  • Reprint customer receipts

1. Access transaction information

  • From the Box Office, select Transactions from the main navigation or use the Transactions button at the bottom of the screen.

Search for a ticket buyer

  • Use the search bar to enter the buyer's Name or Email Address.
  • All transactions associated with that customer will appear in a list.

2. Check in a ticket buyer

  • Find the relevant transaction and click View More to expand the full transaction details.
  • Select the checkbox next to the ticket under Transaction Breakdown.
  • Click Check [X] item(s).

A confirmation message will appear to confirm the ticket(s) have been successfully checked in.

3. Email tickets

  • Locate and expand the correct transaction using View More.
  • Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) and select Email.
  • Enter the recipient’s email address in the modal.
  • Click Send. A confirmation message will appear.

4. Reprint receipts

  • Locate and expand the correct transaction using View More.
  • Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) and select Reprint Receipt.

The receipt will be sent to your configured printer or downloaded as applicable.
