1) Accessing Transaction Information
- Go to Box Office and select Transactions.
- Alternatively, Use the Transactions button at the bottom of the Box Office page.
Searching for Customers
To search for transactions related to a specific customer:
Enter Customer Details:
- Use the search function by entering the customer's Name or Email.
- A list of all the customer transactions will be displayed
2) Check-in Customers
To check in a customer:
- Find the correct transaction.
- Select View More button to expand the transactions and see more details.
- Select the checkmark next to the ticket on the Transaction Breakdown.
- Then select the Check X item button.
- A confirmation message will appear after succes
3) Emailing Tickets
- Find the correct transaction.
- Select View More button to expand the transactions ensure its the correct transaction.
- Click on the menu icon and select Email.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the modal.
- After clicking Send, a confirmation message will appear.
4) Reprinting Receipts
- Find the correct transaction.
- Select View More button to expand the transactions ensure its the correct transaction.
- Click on the menu icon and select Reprint receipt.
