Managing Transactions

In this guide, you will learn how to:
  1. Access transaction information
  2. Check-in customers
  3. Email tickets
  4. Reprint receipts
 

1) Accessing Transaction Information

  • Go to Box Office and select Transactions.
  • Alternatively, Use the Transactions button at the bottom of the Box Office page.

Searching for Customers

To search for transactions related to a specific customer:
 
Enter Customer Details:
  • Use the search function by entering the customer's Name or Email.
  • A list of all the customer transactions will be displayed

2) Check-in Customers

To check in a customer:
  • Find the correct transaction.
  • Select View More button to expand the transactions and see more details.
  • Select the checkmark next to the ticket on the Transaction Breakdown.
  • Then select the Check X item button.
  • A confirmation message will appear after succes

3) Emailing Tickets

  • Find the correct transaction.
  • Select View More button to expand the transactions ensure its the correct transaction.
  • Click on the menu icon and select Email.
  • Enter the recipient's email address in the modal.
  • After clicking Send, a confirmation message will appear.

4) Reprinting Receipts

  • Find the correct transaction.
  • Select View More button to expand the transactions ensure its the correct transaction.
  • Click on the menu icon and select Reprint receipt.
