Organizer guide: How to use Group Sale mode in the Box Office
Group Sale mode is ideal for sponsors or affiliates distributing tickets in bulk. It allows you to bypass standard Box Office limitations, override pricing, and assign orders to customer groups for efficient coordination.

1. Enable Group Sale mode
- Navigate to the Box Office.
- Click the menu icon next to the search bar.
- Select Group Sales from the dropdown.
- Click Enter Group Sale to confirm activation.
To exit Group Sale mode:
- Click the Exit Override button at the top of the screen.
2. Sell a Group Sale
- Click View Event for the event you wish to sell tickets for.
- Select the desired ticket types and quantities (standard Box Office limits do not apply in Group Sale mode).
- Click Add to Cart to continue.
3. Override subtotal pricing
- In your cart, click the Override Subtotal button.
- Enter a custom price in the modal that appears.
- Click Continue to confirm the new pricing.
4. Assign a customer group
- At checkout, assign the order to a new or existing customer group.
- Fill in the relevant contact info and proceed with the transaction as usual.
Note: Group Sale mode supports assigned seating, enabling seamless bulk seating management for sponsors and partners.
