Introduction
Branded sponsorship portals are webpages where Event Organizers can offer tickets, products, or memberships at regular price, a discount, or for free. The "Branded" aspect allows organizers to add banners promoting sponsors and events.
Use Case Example:
A racing event reserves premium seats for their major sponsor. By creating a Branded Hold, the organizer adds a banner featuring the brand and shares the link with the brand. They can then purchase tickets and share the link with their clients.

1) Putting Inventory on Hold
- Open the Showpass Box Office and select Sell.
- Add tickets to the cart as usual.
- Click Continue to proceed to the checkout form.
2) Add Customer Information:
- Either create a new customer or select an existing one.
- Click the Branded Sponsor Hold button to create the Branded hold.
- Once the hold is created, a success message will appear, and you will be redirected back to the ticket selection screen.
3) Customizing the Hold:
- Locate the hold you created under the Holds tab in the bottom navigation menu.
- A branded hold will have a Branded Hold badge, distinguishing it from a regular hold.
- Click the card to expand it.
- Click the Customize hold link button and a modal will open where you can customize the hold
4) Set Limits, Add Banner, Write Description:
- Set minimum and maximum purchase limits (optional).

- Example: If you set the maximum limit to 3, it means that a customer can purchase up to a total of 3 items from the hold. These items could include tickets, membership levels, or products. For example, if the hold contains 2 events, 3 memberships, and 2 products, the customer can select any combination of these items as long as the total number of items purchased does not exceed 3.
- Add a banner image to promote branding or sponsors (optional).
- Write a description to personalize the landing page (optional).

- Example: This message could express gratitude to customers, provide information about your organization, or offer tips for event attendees. Feel free to tailor the message to suit your specific needs and preferences.
- Click “Save” and wait for the success message confirming your changes.
5) Sharing the Hold
- On the holds page, click the copy icon to copy the hyperlink for the branded hold link.
- Share the link with Sponsors or clients.
6) Branded Hold page
Upon opening the link, recipients will see the Branded Sponsorship Hold page, showcasing available inventory.
7) Limitations
- Cannot edit the contents of a Branded hold once created.
- Minimum purchase limits do not work with assigned seating.
