- Create and manage an Access Pin
- Use the Access Pin
Introduction
The Access Pin feature allows box office managers to override logged-in staff members with lower permission access, enabling them to perform actions like refunds and more all without logging out the current user. This improves efficiency during busy times, eliminating the need for managers to log out and log back in or use a dedicated customer support station.
