Ticket buyer guide: Accessing and renewing your membership
Once you’ve purchased a membership, you can access your membership details, benefits, and renewal options directly from your Showpass dashboard.
Where to find your membership
To view your membership:
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Memberships from the dropdown menu, or
- Select Memberships from the left-hand menu within your Showpass profile
What’s included in your membership dashboard
From your Memberships dashboard, you’ll be able to:
- Download your membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- View your unique QR code for event access
- Access your Universal QR Code (compatible with multiple events)
Membership details displayed on this page include:
- Name associated with the membership
- Membership level
- Member ID
- Membership expiry date
- Renewal frequency (e.g., monthly, annually)
- Membership benefits
Clicking on Membership Benefits lets you view which benefits have been used and which are still available.
How to renew your membership
If your membership is eligible for renewal, you’ll see a green Renew Membership button. Clicking this will redirect you to the checkout page to complete your renewal.
Upon clicking the button:
- A confirmation popup will appear
- Click Renew Membership again to continue to checkout
Troubleshooting
Can't see your membership? Make sure you are logged into the correct account used during purchase.
Membership not showing as renewable? Some memberships may not have a renewal option available online. Please refer to the event or organization’s specific policy for details.
