Ticket buyer guide: Accessing and renewing your membership

Once you’ve purchased a membership, you can access your membership details, benefits, and renewal options directly from your Showpass dashboard.

Where to find your membership

To view your membership:

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Memberships from the dropdown menu, or
  • Select Memberships from the left-hand menu within your Showpass profile

What’s included in your membership dashboard

From your Memberships dashboard, you’ll be able to:

  • Download your membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • View your unique QR code for event access
  • Access your Universal QR Code (compatible with multiple events)

Membership details displayed on this page include:

  • Name associated with the membership
  • Membership level
  • Member ID
  • Membership expiry date
  • Renewal frequency (e.g., monthly, annually)
  • Membership benefits

Clicking on Membership Benefits lets you view which benefits have been used and which are still available.

How to renew your membership

Renewal options:

  • ✅ Keep current membership level and seats
  • 🔁 Upgrade or downgrade membership tier (if available)
  • ❌ Decline renewal – seat is released, benefits end

Season expiration warning

Steps for ticket buyers:

  • Log in to Showpass and go to Memberships, or use the direct link in the email.

  • Select the pass to renew and click Renew membership

Choose renewal preferences

Renewal options

  • Choose to retain seats and level or Edit Selection.

 

If editing:

  • Select or deselect members → click Continue.

  • Choose new seats (if applicable) and assign members to seats.

Assign members to seats

  • Click Checkout and complete payment.

Confirmation:

    • 💳 Review details and submit payment.
    • 📩 Ticket buyer receives confirmation email.

 

Troubleshooting

Can't see your membership? Make sure you are logged into the correct account used during purchase.

Membership not showing as renewable? Some memberships may not have a renewal option available online. Please refer to the event or organization’s specific policy for details.
