Ticket buyer guide: How to add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
After purchasing your tickets, you have the option to save them to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access on event day.
Adding tickets to your digital wallet
When you receive your order confirmation email, look for the option to Add to Wallet. Clicking this will open your device’s web browser and prompt you to log into your Showpass account.
You can also log into the Showpass mobile app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once logged in, you’ll see your tickets along with options to:
- Add to Apple Wallet (for iOS users)
- Add to Google Wallet (for Android users)
Using Apple Wallet
Important: You must use the Safari browser on an Apple device to successfully download and add tickets to Apple Wallet. Other browsers are not supported.
- Select Add to Apple Wallet.
- Your digital pass will open—click Add in the top right corner to save it.
Your tickets are now stored in your Apple Wallet for easy access at the event.

Using Google Wallet
- Select Add to Google Wallet.
- The digital pass will open—click Add.
- Click View Ticket to access your ticket in your Google Wallet.

Adding multiple tickets
If your order includes multiple tickets, you can click Add Entire Order to add all of them to your wallet at once.

Why can’t I add tickets to Apple Wallet using Chrome or Firefox?
Apple Wallet passes require Safari on an Apple device to function correctly. Try opening the link in Safari.
Do I need the Showpass app to add tickets to my wallet?
No, but logging into the app may make access easier, especially if you misplaced your confirmation email.
Can I access my tickets without adding them to a wallet?
Yes! You can always log in to your Showpass account or use your confirmation email to access tickets.
