Ticket buyer guide: How to view and use your Showpass credits
If you have been issued credits on Showpass—such as from an exchange, cancellation, or promotion—you can view and redeem them directly from your account.
How to view your credits
To check available credits on your account:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select Credits, or
- If you’re already viewing your profile, select Credits from the left-hand side menu.
Understanding credit types
- Universal Credits: Can be used for any eligible event or product on Showpass.
- Organizer Credits: Can only be used for events hosted by a specific organizer.
- Ticket Credits: Issued from exchanges; limited to equal or greater value purchases with the same organizer.
Redeeming your credits
On your Credits page, you’ll see any available credit balances. To find events that accept your credits:
- Click View Available Events next to the credit type you want to use.
- A list of eligible events will appear, and your credit will be applied automatically at checkout.

Why don’t I see any credits in my account?
Credits are only issued in specific cases like ticket exchanges, refunds, or organizer-issued promotions. If you believe you're missing a credit, contact support.
Can I use multiple credits at once?
Only one credit type can typically be applied per transaction. The system will prioritize the most applicable credit based on the event and eligibility.
Do credits expire?
Some credits, like temporary exchange credits, expire within a set time (e.g., 1 hour). Others may remain available until used. Check your credit type details for any time limits.
Can I transfer credits to another person?
Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder they were issued to.
