Ticket buyer guide: How to transfer tickets or products
If the event organizer has enabled transfers, you can send your Showpass tickets or purchased products to someone else using the steps below.
Before you begin
- Ticket transfers must be allowed by the event organizer. If you don’t see the transfer option, this feature may be disabled.
- Each ticket or product can only be transferred once.
- You must be logged into your Showpass account to initiate a transfer.
How to transfer your tickets or products
- Log into your Showpass account and click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Orders from the dropdown menu.
- Ensure My Orders is selected on the left-hand side.
- Find the order you want to transfer and expand the Order Options menu.
- Select Transfer tickets to a friend.
Step 1: Account verification
- If this is your first transfer, a verification prompt will appear.
- If your phone number is already linked to your account, it will autofill. Otherwise, enter your number and click Verify.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone and select Verify Code.
Step 2: Choose items to transfer
- After verification, a pop-up will display eligible tickets or products from your order.
- Select the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to transfer and click Continue.
Step 3: Enter recipient information
- Enter the recipient’s email address and select Send Transfer.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click Done to close the pop-up.
Your tickets have now been transferred!

Can I cancel or resend a transfer?

Why don’t I see the ‘Transfer’ option?
This means the organizer has not enabled transfers for the event. Contact them directly if you need help.
Can the recipient transfer the ticket again?
No. Tickets and products can only be transferred once.
