Ticket buyer guide: How to accept a ticket or product transfer
If someone has transferred a ticket or product to you, you’ll receive an email with a link to claim it. Follow the steps below to accept and view your transferred item.
Step 1: Open the transfer email
- Check your inbox for an email from Showpass notifying you of the transfer.
- Click the claim link in the email to begin the process.
Step 2: Log in to your Showpass account
- You will be redirected to the Showpass website.
- If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to do so using the email address that received the transfer.
Important: The email address used to log in must match the one that received the transfer. If it doesn’t, you won’t be able to claim the ticket or product.
Step 3: Confirm the transfer
- After logging in, click the Confirm Transfer button to accept the item.
Step 4: View your transferred items
- Once confirmed, the ticket or product will be added to your account.
- You can access it anytime by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting Orders.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
I can’t see the transfer after logging in—what should I do?
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address that received the transfer email. If you accidentally logged in with a different address, log out and try again using the correct one.
The email link doesn’t work—how do I access my transfer?
Try opening the email and clicking the link in a private or incognito browser window. If the issue persists, submit a support request.
Can I forward the transfer email to someone else?
No. The transfer is tied to the email address it was originally sent to and can only be accepted by that account.
