Locate the confirmation email for the order. If you have a Showpass account, click on “View your order”. If not, click on “Connect Purchase”. Create a Showpass account using the same email, and you will see a ”View Your Order” button.
If you don’t have a Showpass account, you will receive another email with instructions to click on the “Connect Purchase” button. In order to update your shipping address, you will need a Showpass account.
Click on the ‘Continue with Email’ option and create a Showpass account (if you don’t have one).
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, Confirm Email, Password, and Confirm Password, then click on ‘Create account’.
Click on ‘Confirm connection’.
Once connected, a 'Connection Complete' message will appear. Click on ‘View my account’:
On the order details page, click on the 'Update shipping address' button.
After updating the shipping information, click 'Update' to confirm the changes.
