Ticket buyer guide: How to update your shipping address

If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, you can update it through your Showpass account. Follow the steps below to connect your order and make the update.

Before you begin

  • You must have a Showpass account to update your shipping address.
  • If you used guest checkout, you will need to connect your purchase using the same email address used during checkout.

Step 1: Connect your purchase (if you used guest checkout)

  • Open the confirmation email for your order.
  • Click Connect Purchase.
  • Choose Continue with Email.
  • Fill in your first name, last name, email, confirm email, password, and confirm password fields, then click Create account.
  • Click Confirm connection.
  • You’ll see a Connection Complete message. Click View my account.

Step 2: Update your shipping address

  • Log into your Showpass account.
  • Find your order by clicking your name in the top-right and selecting Orders.
  • Click View Order on the relevant ticket purchase.
  • Click the Update shipping address button on the order detail page.

  • Enter your correct address details and click Update.

  • You will see a success message confirming the update at the top of the page.

Troubleshooting or FAQs

I can’t find the “Update shipping address” button.
This feature is only available if the organizer requires shipping for your order. If no physical items are being sent, the button may not appear.

I didn’t receive the email to connect my purchase.
Check your spam or junk folder for a message from Showpass. If you still don’t see it, contact support for help.

Can I change the shipping address after items have shipped?
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, contact the organizer directly to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
