Ticket buyer guide: How to purchase tickets on the Showpass mobile app
Found an event you want to attend? Amazing! Follow these steps to complete your ticket purchase smoothly.
Step 1: Select ticket quantity
- Use the + and - buttons next to each ticket type to choose the quantity you want.
- Once your basket is ready, click Checkout to continue.
Step 2: Explore more events
Before finalizing your purchase, you’ll see recommendations for other events from the same organizer. Feel free to browse or continue to checkout.
Step 3: Review your order
- If available, review any Buy Now - Pay Later options.
- Enter any discount codes or apply existing Showpass credits (account login required).
Step 4: Enter checkout details
- Fill out your Purchaser Information.
- Enter your Payment Information and confirm everything is accurate.
Step 5: Order confirmation
After your payment is processed:
- You’ll see a confirmation screen with your order summary.
- A confirmation email will also be sent to your inbox.
From the confirmation page, you can:
- Add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Return to the Explore page to find more events
- Download your ticket PDFs
- Share the event on Facebook

I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, log into your Showpass account and view your order under Orders.
Can I use a promo code with Guest Checkout?
No. You need to log into your Showpass account to use discount codes or apply credits.
How can I get a copy of my ticket after checkout?
You can download your tickets from the confirmation page or from your email. They’re also available in your Showpass account under Orders.
