Network Management

The Network Management section allows you to manage and gain insights on your customers, staff, and sellers.
 

How to Access

Go to the dashboard menu and, under ‘Manage,’ select ‘Network Management.’

This will take you to the 'Network Management' page.
 

Customers

Overview

Here you can get an overview of the total dollar amount of tickets purchased, the number of tickets purchased, the guestlists stats, and recent activity/interactions. Here, you can also add new customers, along with custom tags to make sorting customers more simple.

Transactions

You can search and filter for transactions by:
 
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Payment Type
  • Invoice Type
  • Purchase Platform
  • Fulfillment Status
  • Products
You are also able to perform refunds, ticket voids, download receipts, resending confirmation info, and modify ticket names here.

Filters

This tab will allow you to search for customers by using the following filter options:
 
  • Events Attended
  • Total Tickets
  • Total Ticket Spend
  • Subscription Status: Subscribed to Email, Allowed to Mail, Allowed to Call
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Birthday Month
  • Guestlist Information
  • External Data
  • Tags
  • Sales Represenative

Staff

This section allows you to see information for each member of your staff:
 
  • Guestlist Books
  • Total Arrivals
  • Tickets Sold
  • Total Sold

Filters

You can search by:
 
  • Role
  • Total Bookings

Seller

Ratings

This section allows you to see ratings and reviews if enabled through the admin dashboard.
Please note: Ratings and reviews are only visible to organizers, and not externally visible to ticket buyers.
 

Edit User

Clicking this button will update staff, customer, and seller profile information:
 
  • Profile Picture
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Gender
  • Birthday
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
You are also able to select here whether or not the user is subscribed to emails, and whether or not they are allowed to mail and call customers.
