Self Scan Station: Troubleshoot


Not Scanning

  1. On the Checkin page make sure have selected the Search text field. This needs to be selected to search the QR code.


  2. Is the green light on top of the scanner ON
  3. Check that all cables are connected
  4. Re-calibrate the Scanner
    1. Scan the barcode below with the scanner to re-calibrate it to the correct input format

No Power

  1. Ensure that the scanner is plugged into the iPad using the correct adapter.
  2. Check that the iPad is ON.
  3. Check that the iPad is getting power from a power source. Check the battery icon to see if it has a lighting icon, which means it's connected.
