In order to scan in tickets and/or products, you will need to download our mobile app for iOS or Android.
Once downloaded, you will need to open the scanning app and go to your 'Dashboard.'
If you have multiple venues associated to your login you will need to select the one that contains the event you will be scanning in for. Once the venue has been chosen, you will then select 'Check-In.'
You will then see a list of all the events you have. You will need to select the one(s) that you will be scanning in customers for and click 'Continue.'
The scanner will open and you will need to tap the screen in order to start scanning.
The screen will be ready to scan and you will be able to hover over the QR code to scan the ticket in.
If the QR code isn't working, you will also be able to scan the barcode on the ticket. If you do not see a green box around the bar code, adjust the scanner until the green box appears.
If the ticket scans in successfully, you will see the following screen with the ticket information. In order to scan in more tickets, you will need to select 'Scan More' and the original scanning screen will appear again.
If the ticket has been scanned already you will see the following screen appear. Select 'Scan More' to try another ticket and the original scanning screen will appear again.
If the incorrect events and tickets have been selected to scan in, or the tickets don't match the event selected, you will see the following screen appear. Select 'Scan More' to return to the original scanning screen.
