Organizer guide: How to manage post-event emails and reviews at the organization and event level
Post-Event Emails and Reviews let you thank ticket buyers, promote future events, and gather feedback. These settings can be configured at the organization level or overridden for individual events.
Reviews are internal-only and not shown publicly. They can help identify areas of improvement or highlight satisfied guests for future engagement.
Setting Post-Event Emails at the organization level
- Open your dashboard pop-out menu and select Organization Info.
- In the left-hand menu, select Post-Event Emails (formerly labeled "Thank You Emails").
- Toggle the option to enable organization-wide Post-Event Emails at a cost of $0.05 per email.
- Edit the pre-filled message that will be sent to ticket buyers.
- You can also:
- Enable event promotions in the email and customize that section.
- Enable review requests in the email and customize that section.
- Click Save Changes to apply the settings to all applicable events.
Enabling Post-Event Emails at the event level
To override the organization-wide settings for a specific event:
- Edit the event you'd like to configure.
- Go to Advanced Options.
- Select from the following options:
- Use Default Venue Level Setting: Applies the organization-wide settings.
- Do Not Send Post-Event Emails: Prevents emails from being sent for this event.
- Send Post-Event Email: Sends a custom Post-Event Email for this event.
- Click Save Event to confirm your selection.
Viewing ratings and reviews
If you enabled review requests, you can view submitted reviews as follows:
- Open your dashboard pop-out menu and select Network Management.
- In the left-hand menu, select Ratings.
- All collected ratings and reviews will be listed here.
Note: Reviews are only visible to you as the Organizer. They are not publicly displayed to other ticket buyers.

Are Post-Event Emails sent automatically?
Yes, if they are enabled either at the organization level or for the specific event, emails will be sent automatically after the event ends.
Can I customize each section of the Post-Event Email?
Yes, you can customize the thank you message, event promotions, and review request content.
How much do Post-Event Emails cost?
They are billed at $0.05 per email sent. Make sure to budget accordingly.
Can I see who submitted a review?
While reviews are visible in your dashboard, they are anonymous by default unless additional info was submitted voluntarily by the ticket buyer.
