Can I register another organization to my account?

Yes, you can register another organization to your account. This article explains the process and how to navigate between them! 


How do I get paid for my event?

You will need to ensure your banking information is added into your organizer profile! Payouts are sent at the end of each event. Showpass also provides scheduled payment advances to clients working on a service agreement. For more information, check out this article.


Where can I find the answers to my custom questions?

The answers to your custom questions, you will need to download the Will Call csv.


How do I categorize my event?

You will be required to categorize your events during your event setup process.


Can I create events through the app?

Our app currently does not support the ability to create new events. However, we are always working on improving and upgrading our app so that it can be used in place of a desktop. 


What is a chargeback?

A chargeback is a reversal of a credit card payment that comes directly from a bank. Cardholders file chargebacks for a number of reasons, but in most cases it is because they did not authorize or recognize a purchase on their bill or they did not receive the goods or service they purchased.


Can I duplicate or clone an event?

Yes you can. Follow these instructions to do so!


Can ticket buyers reach out to me directly through Showpass?

As long as you have contact the organizer enabled, your ticket buyers will be able to contact you directly though the Showpass site!
