We are only able to refund the card used on the original transaction - this is to make sure that there are no issues with the refund and it goes to the right account.
If you've had a replacement card for the same bank account the refund should go into your account automatically and you don't need to do anything.
If your account is closed, blocked or you've had a replacement card you should reach out to your card provider if you don't see the refund in your account after 15 days as they'll be holding the funds and will be able to arrange a redirect into your new account for you.
