Have you requested Enhanced Info or answers to Custom Questions from your customers? Here is how you can find that data!
The answers to your Enhanced Info and Custom questions can be found in the Will Call report.
To find the Will Call report head to your Dashboard, select the Check In button in the drop-down menu on the left.
The list can then be downloaded by clicking the Will Call button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
You can also download the report from the Reports page.
From there, edit/input the specific Events, Ticket Types, and Products that you want to be included on the list. Select continue once complete.
